Hi Sean... yes the rule of law is dead but not so in one particular case but a system broken and designed to fail by deliberation.
There is an antidote to all of this... BACK TO BASICS.
Actually it is great to see the system Imploding on itself because it was always designed this way.
Let it crush and don't try to fix it because it can't be fixed.
Destroy the system... it is a lie anyway and then rebuild a new one.
